Skill and Fun
all in one.

Welcome to the portfolio of a scrappy, self-taught visual designer with a natural inclination to solve problems. I value combining high quality with great functionality while maintaining the integrity of design and brand standards. My love for learning new skills helps me remain relevant and competitive in an ever evolving career that I love.

GETTING BETTER EVERYDAY

I Love Web Design!

Web Design was somewhat of my first love. For a right brained creative with left brain tendencies, Web Design satisfies both the joy of aesthetics and the meticulous "getting it just right."

I've had the pleasure of growing and evolving with web design over the years. Now using Webflow to build out my designs, I'm excited for what the future holds.

Here are just a few of my favorite recent designs.

I Love Logo & Brand Design!

Logo and Brand Design is where sexy meets hyper functional. It's the first impression and the working cogs colliding all in one beautiful instance, and it's a ton of fun!

Logos, branding, and brand systems are areas I spent about six straight years focusing on intently. I learned the importance of asking good questions during conceptualization, how to think about a brand fitting into all the different mediums, and how to build a brand system that can grow and evolve without getting static or stuck.

Here are just a few of my recent favorites.

Every Designer Has Passion Projects

As a professional designer, I think it's important to have passion projects. Passion projects help keep at the forefront an extremely important aspect of design: You're most creative when you're having fun.

It's typical, but I love sports. I loved playing sports growing up, and I love watching sports now. I have the pleasure of knowing a handful of professional athletes, and seeing the hard work that goes into being an athlete at the highest level is inspiring.

I like to find aspects of the sports industry that could really use a creative/aesthetic face-lift for my passion projects.

The Canadian Elite Basketball League is really doing something special. Gave a few of their current teams a refresh.

Love the game of golf, and if you play then you know all too well how out-dated course sites have become. I'm often redesigning course sites in my spare time.
